Job Description
As a Sustainability Consultant, you'll be an integral part of our team, working at the intersection of sustainability and consulting across a wide range of disciplines. From circularity and carbon accounting to ESG regulation and reporting, sustainability strategy and communication, digital ESG and post-merger integrations, you'll have the opportunity to engage with diverse projects. Collaborating with experienced consultants, you'll help clients adopt and enhance sustainable practices. This involves conducting research, analyzing data, and providing actionable recommendations. Your role will play a crucial part in guiding clients towards achieving their sustainability goals through practical consulting solutions.

In this role, you will make an impact by:
- Conducting in-depth research and analysis to develop data-driven sustainability strategies tailored to clients' unique needs.
- Assisting clients in navigating complex ESG regulations and reporting requirements, ensuring compliance and transparency in sustainability efforts.
- Guiding clients through the implementation of sustainable practices across diverse disciplines, including circularity, carbon accounting, ESG reporting, and more.
- Collaborating closely with experienced consultants to deliver actionable recommendations that drive positive environmental and social outcomes.
- Playing a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their sustainability goals, contributing to their long-term success and positive societal impact.
- Contributing to a dynamic and innovative team that is at the forefront of sustainable consulting, making a tangible difference in the global sustainability landscape.
Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate who embodies a passion for sustainability and brings a strong foundation in environmental practices and business acumen. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of skills to complement our team.
What you bring to the team:
- Master’s degree level education, e.g. Business Administration, Climate and Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Anthropology, Communication, Accounting, Law, Data Science, Economics, or other relevant area.
- A strong interest in ESG & Sustainability trends globally and locally
- Relevant work experience from a student job (preferable).
- Knowledge of sustainability-specific topics, including regulations, standards, and protocols in any of the ESG areas (Environmental, Social, or Governance).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
- The ability to both work independently and as a team player.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Danish skills are an advantage but not a requirement.
- Ambitious and eager to learn.
