Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Environmental Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Ecologic Engineering Pvt. Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As a Senior Environmental Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and developing sustainable solutions for water and waste management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental engineering, possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and be knowledgeable about environmental laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in environmental engineering
- Strong knowledge of environmental laws and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other environmental engineering software
- Experience in conducting Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to write clear and concise technical reports
- Knowledge of wastewater treatment and solid waste management
- Experience in technical audits and environmental compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement environmental strategies and policies to ensure compliance with regulations
- Conduct Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and provide recommendations for mitigation
- Design and manage wastewater treatment and solid waste management systems
- Perform technical audits and inspections to assess environmental performance
- Provide technical support for environmental permitting and compliance processes
- Prepare and submit environmental reports to regulatory agencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into project planning and design
- Stay updated on current environmental laws, regulations, and industry trends
- Assist in training and mentoring junior environmental engineers
