As a Marketing Senior Coordinator within BCG’s Climate & Sustainability (C&S) Practice Area (PA), you will support with the execution of our marketing strategy to help build our C&S positioning in the market and strengthen client relationships. You will have a global responsibility across internal and external marketing and communication activities and channels. The team is seeking a motivated individual with a strong interest in Climate & Sustainability.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage the development of publications, collaborating with senior stakeholders on new intellectual property including reports, articles, blogs.
Create marketing plans to promote content across publications and events, selecting appropriate formats and channels for dissemination.
Liaise with central marketing functions including PR, editorial, web, social and paid media teams to integrate their expertise into C&S marketing efforts.
Create engaging assets for channels such as the web, social media, and email by using design tools (Figma) and working with designers within BCG.
Manage our firmwide internal newsletter, and other internal communications, to create engagement with our teams across BCG on C&S.
Drive our social media program for C&S leaders at BCG, creating and disseminating weekly content, reviewing performance of the program and optimizing to meet our objectives.
Maintain content on the BCG.com C&S pages, keeping them up to date and optimizing based on performance.
Support the delivery of C&S events and event sponsorships, across invitation campaigns (using CRM and Marketo), logistics management, on-the-ground support, and pre and post event comms.
Coordinate with various other PA marketing teams and external partners (e.g. coalitions, institutions, clients, or nonprofits) to assist in the execution of joint initiatives.
Manage the team’s trackers and SharePoint to enable efficiency and collaboration.

4-6 years of relevant Marketing experience in Consulting or Professional Services
Bachelor’s degree
Strong interest in Climate & Sustainability in business (experience is an advantage)
Ability to handle defined work area, process or smaller project with minimal guidance
Ability to make independent decisions within existing guidelines, advising more junior team members
Excellent execution, organizational and project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven analytical capabilities
Highly professional, pro-active and flexible attitude
Ability to perform under pressure and demonstrate presence and maturity even in high-pressure situations
Experience working with digital marketing tools such as CRM, Marketo, Salesforce
Advanced proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
