Salary Range(Grade D/594): $87,951 - $132,672.
UTLO rate $139,396
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate(s) will be responsible for managing quality assurance personnel performing a significant number of in-depth inspections that assess the safety, cleanliness, and non-conformities in our stations as well general performance reporting and analysis. The manager of this area will be responsible for the scheduling, review, and administration of these quality assurance inspections. This position will be responsible for training new employees on how to best perform these inspections and how to communicate any findings. This position will also be required to conduct analyses and reporting on a variety of subjects including but not limited to employee availability, station conditions, financial variance analysis and EAM non-conformities and work orders.
Education and Experience:
- A High School Diploma and Five (5) years of full-time related experience and three (3) years must have been in a managerial/supervisory capacity; or; - OR -
- A satisfactory equivalent of education and experience.
Desired Skills:
- Strong knowledge of MTA NYCT rules and regulations.
- Ability to perform an in-depth station inspection.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills; proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Power BI
- Strong Station Operations and/or Station Maintenance experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of Leadership
- Knowledge of Hexagon EAM Software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to exercise independent judgement and solve complex problems.

Based on evaluation of education, skills, experience, and interview.
All appointments, with the exception of the Department of Subways employees on MABSTOA payroll, will be made on the NYCT payroll.
