ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Oversees the department material needs and ensuring that adequate supplies are available when needed.
- Schedule and supervise staff for the machine shop and building maintenance employees (janitors).
- Fill in for labor pool and mobile maintenance supervisors.
- Assists with various projects as assigned by specific departments or Superintendents.
- Provides troubleshooting assistance and/or repair as needed.
SALARY WAGE: $95,000 to $115,000 Annually

- Must possess the ability to apply problem solving skills for conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of materials and equipment applicable to the position.
- Ability to maintain flexibility in schedule to meet business needs.
- Proficiency with computer software programs such as standard Microsoft Office applications, EAM and planning/scheduling software.
- Compliance with all safety guidelines including the wearing of protective equipment and clothing at all times.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree or technical certification in related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the maintenance/mechanical area of a manufacturing plant.
- Experienced in developing and/or performing in a maintenance structure designed for high reliability through defined standards and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and achieve desired results.
- Experienced with RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and FMEA (Failure Mode Analysis).
- General electrical license/millwright certification preferred.
