Who are we looking for?
We are currently looking for an experienced Brisbane-based Renewables Wind Engineer. In this exciting role you will be responsible for providing broad ranging specialist input into Lenders Technical advisor projects for Wind and Solar projects and provide electrical and electronic design support for renewable energy designs.
Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- The development of proposals.
- Supporting the delivery of projects on time and within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Pro-actively anticipate client needs and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
- The production of design documentation for projects with sufficient detail to enable the construction, purchasing of /or installation of equipment.
- Following engineering work procedures, specifications, and the proficient use of computer aided design programs.
- Performing calculations relevant to the work scope.
- Identifying, managing and mitigating exposure to risk on projects.
- Proactively assisting Project Director’s and Project Manager’s in delivering projects.
What you will bring to the team:
- Degree qualification in relevant discipline area, typically Electrical or Electronic Engineering (with formal qualifications in Sustainable Energy Engineering to a Masters level is preferrable).
- Ideally, more than 5 years relevant experience (consulting industry preferred).
Base salary range $70,314 to $105,471.
