All Energy Contracting has an exciting opportunity for a range of experienced Plant Operators. We have a Solar Farm project based out of Rockhampton & Jandowae QLD, and are currently seeking skilled Operators to join us for these project.
We are seeking experienced Excavator Operators on Wind Farm projects in QLD for an immediate start. Additional competency in other plant such as grader, loader, dozer, moxy will be advantageous but not essential.
The scope of civil works on this project requires attention to detail around fixed assets. Local and FIFO offered to the right candidates!
Rates are standard across all new starters and there is scope for growth for the right candidates once integrated with our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Operating a range of earthmoving heavy plant machinery in a safe and effective manner on the farm, e.g., Excavator, Dozer, Moxy, Loader, Compactor, Roller, Laser Bucket, Dump Trucks, etc.
- Preparation, positioning, general care, maintenance and troubleshoot on machinery and equipment as needed.
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and identify any issues or defects.
- Excavate, load, transport soil, gravel and other materials to compact and/or cover waste in accordance with company/contractual. requirements and applicable regulations.
- Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with training, instructions or operating procedures and company regulations.
- Complying with all WHS safety practices and procedures.
- Demonstrating commitment to environmental policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional image, cleanliness and organisation of work area.
- Complete required paperwork such as maintenance logs.
- Continuously learn and develop skills necessary to operate machinery and equipment in the plant.

About you
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Extensive experience (4+ years) with capable precision work (3-5mm tolerances)
- Construction induction Card
- Current operator tickets
- Valid drivers license
- High level of understanding the importance of Health and Safety
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures and guidelines
- Willingness to work away on different project sites Australia wide
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform maintenance on machinery and equipment
- You value safety whilst meeting targets and delivering results.
