We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our high volume talent acquisition team. In this entry-level role, you’ll work closely with the recruiting team to identify, attract, interview, and hire high-quality candidates who align with our mission and values. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your recruitment skills, gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing industry, and play a key role in expanding our workforce.

On a day-to-day basis the Junior Recruiter is responsible for:

Evaluating applications and quickly determining fit to screen
Screening numerous applicants on a daily basis to meet bulk recruiting goals
Scheduling interviews
Conducting interviews
Assessing candidates via interview
Presenting candidates for interview and follow up
Sourcing at all applicable avenues
Networking to identify qualified candidates for open positions
Working closely with Recruiters to facilitate hiring process
Attending weekly meetings with team
Marketing job postings via social media
Attending local job fairs in assigned market and developing relationships with schools
Meeting quota and deadlines
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To be qualified for this position, candidates must have:

1+ year experience in a recruiting role
1+ year experience with talent management/applicant tracking system software (iCIMS preferred)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
Experience working in a fast-paced setting with high-volume work load
