• Kick-off meeting with new contractors and suppliers regarding Document Management Requirements.
• Manage the flow of project documentations and maintain confidentiality within the projects on EDS
• Review and maintain all contractor’s Master Document List (MDL).
• Control of all project drawings from designer phase to the constructions phase and manage documents register.
• Control, distribute and receiving of all project documentations intime to meet project demands and requirements.
• Control and maintain redline drawings until into As Built drawings.
• Provide training to the new project employees in the Document Management System (DMS).
• Follow up on the outstanding documents for approval.
• Control of all project correspondence register.
• Compile/prepare projects reports as needed.
