Our Solar Energy Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Prior experience or knowledge in Account Management, Sales, Solar Energy, or Customer Support
- Customer-focused, outgoing, and self-driven attitude
- Upstanding communication abilities both written and spoken, with customers and staff
- Confident in direct communication with consumers
- Effective time-management, written communication, and interpersonal skills
