Overview
An experienced data-driven project manager with experience in executing multiple concurrent software related projects across the oil and gas industry. This role will be responsible for managing to key performance indicators for both customers and the organization in a face-paced setting
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and refine project plans for a diverse portfolio of software projects
- Diligently control project resources, budgets, and timelines
- Manage a project plan to a forecasted revenue and burn rate
- Track project progress, including identification and mitigation of risks
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to satisfy project deliverables and requests
- Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders on the project status
- Leverage data trends and analytics to propose and adapt to a changing project landscape, inclusive of project planning, risk management, progress tracking, and decision making
- Work both independently and part of project teams, contributing to overall project objectives with a focus on the customer’s satisfaction and success
- Provide mentorship to other Project Managers
- And other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- University Degree, preferably B.S. Degree in Engineering discipline or Business Degree.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, with preferred knowledge in both cloud and on-premise software implementations and/or upgrades
- Strong understanding of both agile and waterfall project methodologies
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Ability to manage workload and priorities across concurrent projects and customers
- Strong organization, as well as written and verbal communication skills

- Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver’s License Verification and passport/ID validation.
