Role Overview:
As the Executive at our client company, you'll be at the forefront of driving operational excellence and supporting high-level executives in the renewable energy sector. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a significant impact in the clean energy industry while showcasing their exceptional organizational and event planning skills.
Your Impact:
Your efforts will directly contribute to the smooth operation of the executive office, successful execution of company events, and overall operational efficiency. You'll play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and mission in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning and Coordination
- Manage end-to-end planning and execution of company events, meetings, and off-site activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure event success
- Create detailed event timelines and checklists
- Assist with on-site event management and support
Executive Support - Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries
- Act as a gatekeeper for all communication and ensure effective prioritization of tasks
- Handle and attend to personal tasks as needed
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents for stakeholders
Project Management & Support - Proactively assist with various projects
- Track project progress and deadlines
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline communication and task delegation
RequirementsMust-Have:
- At least 3 years of event planning and coordination experience, preferably for medium to large-scale events
- At least 3 years of executive assistant experience, ideally within a startup or fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working in or passionate about renewable energy or the sustainability sector
- Financial literacy, including basic budgeting, expense tracking, and report generation
- Remote event management experience
