The candidate should possess:
• Ability to lead entire Maharashtra projects
• Ability to lead a team of lawyers
• Excellent managerial skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines and deliverables within TAT
• Ability to travel
• Ability to interact, conduct meetings with other teams on a daily basis
• Excellent proficiency in reading, comprehending and drafting in Marathi, Hindi and English languages
• Working experience in handling title due diligence of agricultural lands
• Excellent knowledge of relevant laws, latest updates
• Working experience in handling land-related litigations
• Proficiency in MS office including Excel
• Ability to work as a team player
• Excellent communication skills to interact with multiple teams
Ability to track data, create and maintain trackers on a daily basis
• Ability to handle large data and documents in due diligence
• Ability to think, research, discuss and provide resolution-based solutions on critical legal issues/matters frequently and regularly
