What will you do?
- Management of MRP exception messages, both upstream and downstream
- Management of unconfirmed POs and escalation to vendors
- Management of order release and rescheduling for production teams in facility
- Reviewing and reporting on various supply chain KPIs like: BOV/BOL, NOR and S-OTD, etc.
- Reviewing and reporting on inventory stock coverage and master settings
- Support with customer escalations and inquiries
- Support with supplier / vendor escalations and inquiries
- Support with continuous improvement projects related to inventory management or order management
- Must be able to have a flexible work schedule. Position requires periodic overtime on a short notice to meet customer service demands.
- Perform any other duties as assigned
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Knowledge or capability to effectively use and quickly learn various computer programs and systems as well as Microsoft Office applications. Examples include Excel, Tableau, Manhattan, SAP ECC, etc.
- Communicate (both verbal and written) clearly, effectively, and professionally in English with all associates, as they will be dealing with customers in addition to mid and upper-level management.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment including rapidly identifying problems and developing and implementing appropriate solutions
- Must be highly motivated and self-directed with ability to work in a team environment

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, a warehouse/distribution center environment, or related experience and/or training.
