JOB SUMMARY: This position is located in the Farm Service Agency, Pennsylvania State Office, located in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. The Deputy State Executive Director (DSED) serves as a full assistant to the respective State Executive Director (SED), is in a direct supervisory line over all Federal FSA positions in the State, serves as the SED's alter ego in their absence. A 25% relocation or recruitment incentive may be authorized if applicable. MAJOR DUTIES: Provides leadership and guidance to staff in administering, monitoring and evaluating FSA programs to ensure compliance with the Agency’s program policies and procedures.
