What will you do?
- Identify and express to the Team Leader any risks regarding health and safety
- Conduct preventive maintenance according to preventive maintenance plan.
- Repair equipment in case of breakdown, where the repair methods are known.
- Ensure the consistency of the information into the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Apply the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) approach to reduce the cost of maintenance (continuous improvement), to increase the reliability and availability of workstations and production line.
- On call as needed.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Multi-skilled worker, responsible for predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance for production / manufacturing equipment in a entity. Elaboration and application of standardized processes and plans to ensure safety, quality, service / availability, cost.
- Strong contributor to continuous improvement.

- No college degree needed. Must have HS or GED.
- 1.5 years of experience in maintenance OR 2 years as general contractor laborer
