Schneider Electric has a new opportunity for a Strategic Data Analyst Intern. The successful candidate will work directly in the strategy team of Schneider Electric Industrial Automation Process Automation strategy team, leveraging the Industrial Global Automation team as well as the Industrial Automation Strategy team to gather user research data and competitive analysis to support our thought leadership positions. We are looking for a candidate who can start January 2025, based in one of our MA area locations (Boston, Foxborough, Andover).
The candidate will provide market intelligence analysis as well as competitive intelligence gathering and analysis. The candidate must possess good questioning techniques to obtain the best data possible from customer interviews. The candidate will also help to develop the necessary technique to analyze the data collected and organize this data in meaningful representation. The successful candidate must have a good knowledge of Power Point to efficiently present complex data.
What will you do?
Support market research by providing data in support of the thought leadership research
Provide market data analysis and gather competitive intelligence
Help to define research questions and selecting appropriate methods of data collection for a qualitative research
Help to schedule and recruit customer for research
Support user interviews face to face for contextual observation
Transform the findings into easily understandable insights
Present your findings
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Currently pursuing a related degree, graduating May 2025 or later
Proven competency in data analytics and qualitative aspects of UX research.
Strong project management skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Data analytics mind set
