JOB SUMMARY: This position is located in Grand Teton National Park, within the Division of Business and Administration. MAJOR DUTIES: This position supervises the administrative assistance branch of Grand Teton National Park and is the principal advisor to the Chief of Business & Administration. Duties include: Serving as a management liaison between park staff and centralized human resources office. Advising park leadership on effective business practices to promote success and compliance. Planning, directing and coordinating the administrative functions of the park which includes initiating human resources actions, travel, payroll, lost and found, and PIV cards among other administrative tasks. Leading and supervising the administrative assistants within the park. Physical Demands: The work is mainly sedentary with some periods of activity, particularly during field visits.
