In this role, you will collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the flawless execution of projects, delivering on-time, on-budget, and with exemplary quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Guide Project Teams: Provide direction to Site Managers, offering leadership in resolving project challenges or customer-related issues.
- Plan and Implement with Precision: Ensure project planning aligns with global standards before execution, with meticulous oversight of schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Monitor Performance and Report Progress: Track project deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, while proactively reporting outcomes to global counterparts.
- Anticipate and Solve Problems: Identify risks early, challenge assumptions, and find innovative solutions to avoid delays.
- Foster Collaboration Across Teams: Partner closely with Site Managers to meet both global and regional expectations, balancing stakeholder interests.
- Champion Safety and Compliance: Promote and embrace corporate safety standards, ensuring all team members receive proper training and adhere to safety protocols.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Support quality initiatives to reduce defects and improve operational processes.
- Develop and Mentor Talent: Ensure employees receive the training they need to succeed, identifying opportunities for further growth and development.
- Support Stakeholder Relations: Act as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external customers, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, OR a combination of academic background and relevant wind industry experience preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within industrial, manufacturing, or service-based industries.
- Proven ability to collaborate across diverse work groups and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional English communication skills (verbal, written, active listening, meeting facilitation, and presentations).
- Must be able to safely climb wind turbines as needed.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and other essential PC tools.
