Position Summary
Support and coordinate ESG, ERM and Environmental data analysis for monitoring and reporting, while strengthening strategic planning in support of Sustainability goals. This position is located in Houston, TX and will report to the ESG Director. Level and salary commensurate with experience.
Essential Job Functions:
Create and maintain dashboards for Sustainability goals and initiatives with initial focus on gas captured and methane emissions
Develop aerial monitoring strategy and tracking to help company more quickly identify possible issues
Support environmental team with data analysis, research and dashboards
Establish/maintain a risk management framework
Assist teams with the examination external risk that impact their areas including social, political, regulator factors, contractual relationships, network dependencies
Assess internal factors that can impact risk like current governance, the culture, vision, mission, strategies, and data systems
Estimate risk exposure $ impact and likelihood
Periodically report aggregate and report these risks to the VP/C-suite
Support ESG and business continuity planning activities across the organization

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in related field
At least 5-years of direct industry experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment, flexible with the demands of a growing company
Ability to meet deadlines
Must possess effective analytical, problem solving, written and oral communication skills
Strong Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Communicates effectively with colleagues, superiors, vendors and regulators
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Must possess the ability to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, copier, files, telephone, and fax; maintain attention to detail despite interruptions; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledgeable on ESG reporting frameworks and Environmental Emissions regulations
General understanding of ERM principles
Strong data management skills, including Access, BI, Python or similar tools that can harness and interpret big data
Working knowledge of SCADA
Exposure to aerial monitoring technologies / data management
