The Environmental, Health & Safety Manager will assist with promoting a safe work environment and a positive safety culture and support EHS leadership with all aspects of occupational safety, employee health, and environmental compliance. They will assist in the training and coaching of employees with safety programs and safe work practices. Multiple responsibilities surrounding data gathering, structuring, and prioritizing in order to identify safety trends, practices, and metrics.
The EHS manager will assist in the development and implementation of EHS policies, standards, programs and processes.
The EHS Manager builds collaborative and productive working relationships; networks with, and appropriately involves key internal and external stakeholders; influences functional and operational EHS strategies.
This role will travel between the Redwood City and Oakland worksites.
$111,000 - $177,600 a year
For positions based in Redwood City and Oakland, we offer the above salary range + equity + benefits + bonus plan. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
