Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize Smartsheet for developing and managing project plans to enhance overall process and margin performance.
- Accurately forecast revenue projections based on project status and maintain timely invoice processing in Ajera.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience in commissioning or mission-critical environments is essential.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with Smartsheet and Ajera is a plus.
- Budgeting Skills: Demonstrated experience in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Mathematical Skills: Strong ability to calculate figures, percentages, and proportions as needed.
- Communication Skills: Ability to understand complex instructions and convey information clearly and concisely.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented.
- Working Arrangement: Must be capable of working effectively from a home office and traveling to project sites 50-60% of the time.
