JOB SUMMARY: This position is located in Interior Region 2, in the Comptroller Division. Open to the first 100 applicants or until 11/27/2024 whichever comes first. MAJOR DUTIES: Consolidate and review requests to ensure they comply with policies, procedures, and fund source criteria. Serve as Regional Agency Operations Program Coordinator (AOPC) for government charge card program. Serves as the conduit for park AOPC agents at 75 parks within the Southeast Region. Incumbent provides primary support related to the Service's financial system in areas of requisition management for FBMS goods and services; good and services receipt oversight for contracts and agreement completion actions, as well as financial reporting. Serve as the Regional FBMS Account Controller responsible for controlling financial system access, assigning user roles and permissions, and ensuring proper segregation of duties are maintained in FBMS. Provide financial planning advice and prepare a variety of reports for managers to help in the development and execution of budgets and various analysis.
