Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Understand, support and develop the Neom Business Requirements across different sectors
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions
- Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze cost-benefit ratios
- Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans
- Support project management activities, including project planning, tracking, and reporting
- Ensure successful implementation of software solutions, monitoring progress and conducting user acceptance testing
- Create benefits cases and ROI statements to aid budgetary and demand processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis
Requirements - Full project life cycle experience in Retail, Hospitality, Sports, Utilities, Finance environments
- Graduate degree and/or professional qualifications preferred
- 5 years+ relevant commercial experience in this and related disciplines
- Ideal candidate will have 3 years+ experience as a business analyst in Global Business Environments
- Experience documenting functional requirements as use cases
- Agile scrum experience is preferred
- strong Microsoft Visio, Excel and Data skills

- Good knowledge of Retail Hospitality and associated businesses
- Strong knowledge of Retail, Finance, Marketing, HR, applications
- Good understanding of Project Management, Change management and budgetary processes
