We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape and lead CX efforts that educate and inspire customers to adopt more sustainable packaging options, and to shape vendors’ and Amazon Packaging teams’ innovative packaging roadmaps. You will work across WW and EU Packaging, Sustainability, and Category teams, and specifically focus on the SIPP program (‘Ship in Product Packaging’). The ideal candidate will have solid business judgement, excellent analytical skills, and customer-feature product experience. This position can be located in any EU5 location.
Key job responsibilities
• Develop a vision on what the right CX should look like for EU consumers, and execute in alignment with US (Mechatronics Sustainable Packaging ‘MSP’) and EU Packaging Teams.
• Optimize Vendor and Seller Experience for SIPP.
• Develop opportunities to unify the current vendor experience across EU.
• End-to-end optimization of the current Customer Journey for SIPP.
• Collaborate with MSP, Sustainability Teams, Operations, and Retail teams to align on clear customer messaging, and value propositions.
• Drive sustainability related packaging experiments with WWS and EU Packaging teams in cooperation with Amazon’s biggest vendors.
• Partner with process owner, technical teams, and MSP to solve the causes of defects and drive automated solutions implementation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience in Supply Chain or Operations
