Summary of Position
*Only candidates that are currently employed with a secondary school in partnership with YSU College Credit Plus will be considered for this position.
Instruct courses under the College Credit Plus Program (CCP) at the applicant’s school district of employment.
Ensure the academic quality and content of the YSU courses by communicating with your YSU mentor.
Attend three hours of CCP professional development activities each year (aka roundtable meetings)
Submit a copy of your syllabus to your mentor for approval before the start of the term.
Administer assessments.
Verify the course roster.
Enter grades and submit a change of grade forms.
Host site visits from the department and CCP staff.
Complete and return paperwork as required promptly (contracts, personnel forms, etc.)
Position Information
Plans, organizes, teaches, and provides feedback to promote and direct student success. Responds to students promptly. Communicates with students, departments, and university officials via university-provided tools and resources.

Qualifications and Competencies
Required Certifications, Training, and/or Licensures: None
Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in the content area; or master's degree with 18 hours of graduate credit in content area embedded in or on top of masters; or master’s degree and in progress of attaining 18 graduate credits in content area.
