What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, agronomy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability program management within the fresh produce industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing sustainability initiatives and projects.
- Able to work in the field and travel as needed, with occasional overnight stays.
- Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.
- Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
