What you will need:

Two years of EHS experience in agricultural farming, food processing, or a related field.
Knowledge in EHS Safety compliance laws, procedures, and regulations.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other similar software programs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
Be a self-starter and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Able to work different shifts.
Able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.
Able to travel to various Grimmway facilities as needed.
Bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both.
A valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and physical and functional capacity evaluation. Must pass a background check.

What will set you apart:

Bachelor’s degree in EHS.
Training certificates in EHS
Basic knowledge in PSM, Cal-ARP, and RMP, and DPR programs.

Benefits

Total Rewards: $26.00 - $30.00 / HOUR

Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
