We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated Manager Environmental Remediation to lead global remediation projects and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. In this critical and highly visible role, you will oversee project planning and execution, and drive strategies and initiatives with internal and external partners across a wide array of job functions and regions.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Remediation Management responsibilities:
- Managing environmental remediation projects and developing long-range remedial solutions to environmental investigations and property assessments to reduce environmental risks and protect company assets.
- Negotiating with federal, state and local authorities for permitting, investigation and remediation of contaminated properties.
- Managing the response to state and federal superfund notices.
- Building relationships with internal clients, regulators, and other valued partners to support the organization's goals and responsibilities.
- Achieving operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Developing and managing budgets and schedules for all environmental remediation projects.
- Environmental Due Diligence associated with:
- Mergers, acquisitions and divestures.
- Property transactions.
- Overseeing projects at current and legacy manufacturing facilities
- Interacting with Operations Management and Legal Counsel

For This Role, You Will Need:
- BS Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field
- 7 years proven experience in leading environmental remediation projects
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication, writing and presentation skills with the ability to summarize complex material into key findings and implications for our business.
- A teammate who exhibits the willingness and ability to work effectively in diverse teams and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally
- Willingness to work virtually with colleagues in all world areas and accommodate time zone differences, as necessary
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Familiarity with environmental due diligence associated with mergers and acquisitions
- Experienced and skilled with PowerPoint and Excel
- Experienced in development and implementation of training, incident investigation, and regulatory interpretation
- PE, CHMM, PG
