THE OPPORTUNITY
Primient is looking for an EHS Intern to join out Dayton, OH team to assist in EHS audits, inspections, and analysis of data. Plan to also develop and implement EHS training programs and assist with incident investigations and root cause analyses.
Key responsibilities: EHS Intern
Assist in conducting environmental, health, and safety audits and inspections.
Collect and analyze EHS data.
Develop and implement EHS training programs.
Assist with incident investigations and root cause analyses.
Maintain EHS records and documentation.
ABOUT YOU
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
Knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
What We Offer:
This internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our EHS operations within a dynamic plant environment. You will develop practical skills in EHS audits, analysis, and program implementation while working alongside experienced professionals in the field.
Must possess valid work authorization for the US. We are not offering sponsorship for this role.
ITEMS TO NOTE
This is a 40 hour per week/Full Time role.
This role is On-site - 5 days a week at the Dayton plant.
There is no guarantee of full-time placement at the conclusion of this internship.
This role comes with a $21.00/hr rate with a $3000 Housing/Travel stipend.
