Position: Environment & Planning Solicitor
Location: Dublin, Ireland (very open to remote wworking)
Salary: Highly competitive - Approx €70k to €180k+ DOE
Role Overview: As an Environment & Planning Solicitor at this esteemed firm, you will play a pivotal role in advising and representing their clients on a wide range of environmental and planning matters. This position offers a unique opportunity for hands-on, client-facing work, making it a key strategic position within the firm. We welcome applications from Solicitors at all levels, from Newly Qualified to Partner level.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in the Energy, Construction, and Housing sectors on environmental and planning issues.
- Handle a diverse caseload, including contentious and advisory work, disputes, and Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (EIAR).
- Engage in all aspects of major projects, ensuring comprehensive involvement from inception to completion.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic guidance to clients.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Environment & Planning law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality legal services with attention to detail.
