Environmental Construction Senior Project Manager
Growth oriented environmental and industrial hygiene consulting firm seeks an Environmental Construction Project Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing clients, directing technical staff and subcontractors, developing new service offerings, preparing and reviewing reports, and maintaining client correspondence and satisfaction. The position reports to the President/CEO.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ Years of Project Management Experience
- Professional designation is required (Project Management Professional, General Contractor, Certified Construction Manager, Professional Engineer, Professional Geologist, Certified Industrial Hygienist, Certified Safety Professional, etc.)
- Degree in Construction Management, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Experience in managing demolition or environmental remediation projects is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle management, from initial concept through completion for multiple projects throughout the company.
- Manages client interaction and financial and resource allocation.
- Mentoring and developing of junior professionals.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular updates.
- Provides senior project oversight and expert technical input on complex projects to ensure project success.
- Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
- Must be agreeable to periodically travel and support client, project, and fieldwork.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
