What we are looking for:
We’re looking for an experienced supervisor to lead our street tree delivery program – Greening Fraser Coast. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering our Natural Environment operation program and will support the team with restoration, rehabilitation and maintenance of our Natural Areas.
What your day will look like:
- Providing day to day operational guidance to your team and contractors
- Organising resources for projects, conscious of timeframes
- Ensuring relevant paperwork is completed including timesheets, record sheets, and log books
- Managing contractors ensuring they are providing value
- Ensuring accurate records are kept to assist decision making

What you’ll need for success:
- Experience in ecological restoration and revegetation, ideally a qualification in Conservation and Land Management, Arboriculture or Horticulture
- Experience in planting semi advanced trees
- Experience in a team leader or supervisor role with the ability to coach and mentor a team
- Strong communication and engagement skills
- A positive health and safety attitude
- Construction White Card
- Current Class C Drivers Licence
