What we are looking for:

We’re looking for an experienced supervisor to lead our street tree delivery program – Greening Fraser Coast. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering our Natural Environment operation program and will support the team with restoration, rehabilitation and maintenance of our Natural Areas.

What your day will look like:

Providing day to day operational guidance to your team and contractors
Organising resources for projects, conscious of timeframes
Ensuring relevant paperwork is completed including timesheets, record sheets, and log books
Managing contractors ensuring they are providing value
Ensuring accurate records are kept to assist decision making

What you’ll need for success:

Experience in ecological restoration and revegetation, ideally a qualification in Conservation and Land Management, Arboriculture or Horticulture
Experience in planting semi advanced trees
Experience in a team leader or supervisor role with the ability to coach and mentor a team
Strong communication and engagement skills
A positive health and safety attitude
Construction White Card
Current Class C Drivers Licence
