As aCapex & Sustainability Engineering Leader,you will facilitate short term & long-term capex plan building process, supporting analysis and recommendations to support business plans and growth ambitions for Enterprise Markets (EM) along with key stakeholders from finance, engineering & supply chain (SC) directors. You will also lead the efforts in helping team in formulate right solutions for product upgrades, innovations, speed up or other technology upgrades in line with business needs. You will lead the manufacturing and packaging automation to drive cost as well as response time to market while reducing the resource footprint. You will be working closely with Safety and quality leaders to ensure that necessary improvements and learnings from past are incorporated & necessary capital resources are allocated to improvements planned. Regular reviews to ensure timely spending and the compliance to guidelines will be a key responsibility. Along with this getting the right knowledge of technology upgrades and solutions available externally will be also expected from the role.
In this role, you will:
Develop and lead short/long term Capex plan for EM sites with the help of key stakeholders in the market. Define strategic vision for EM in key areas of spend. Provide support to sectors for capex plan assessment with EM leaders.
Act as a regional point of contact to ensure the right spend plans are prepared & internally reviewed & audited periodically for compliance by right stakeholders.
Bring harmonization in global and regional practices to maximize the prudent use capital across sectors to meet the business ambitions.
Lead the efforts in helping team in formulate right solutions for product upgrades, innovations, speed up or other technology upgrades in line with business needs.
Lead the manufacturing & packaging automation to drive cost as well as response time to market while reducing the resource footprint.
Be working closely with Safety & quality leaders to ensure that necessary improvements & learnings from past are incorporated & necessary capital resources are allocated to improvements planned.
Hold regular reviews to ensure timely spending & the compliance to guidelines.
Also be getting the right knowledge of technology upgrades & solutions available externally.
Manage the Score cards and keep track of our performance & post spend reviews diligently.
Influence and drive regional bench marking strategy to reduce capital cost by deep diving each cost elements with engineering & procurement teams and work on the improvement.
Work closely with safety & Quality teams to identify improvements requiring capital investment

In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or related field; Advanced degree / MBA preferred.
Proficient in manufacturing engineering technologies, asset design principles, setting up factory with strong understanding of project management, six sigma methodologies, and other process improvement techniques.
Proven experience in managing complex projects, capital management – specifically in CPG, B2C industry with proven track record of delivering projects in time within given cost constraints.
Experience in end-to-end innovation cycles, product/process design, DtV, and international markets working experience will be preferred.
SLT level communications (storytelling and structuring) and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Resourceful with ability to build alternatives.
Change management experience, with a track record of driving results within constraints will be essential to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Willingness to travel for onsite assessments, collaboration with engineering teams and sectors globally. Working experience with OEMs & vendors effectively.
