Our client, a prominent manufacturing facility just west of Miami, specializes in grey iron foundry operations and is dedicated to environmental compliance. They are seeking an Environmental Engineer with expertise in Title V regulations and experience collaborating with regulatory agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Lead environmental projects, including site investigations, assessments, and remediation plans.
Compliance Strategy:
Develop strategies to meet environmental regulations, focusing on hazardous waste management.
Environmental Risk Assessment:
Identify environmental risks associated with plant operations and provide mitigation recommendations.
Sampling & Monitoring:
Design and implement monitoring plans for air, land, and water pollution.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze environmental data to ensure regulatory compliance and prepare detailed reports for management and agencies.
Regulatory Evaluation:
Stay current on changing environmental regulations to ensure compliance with the latest standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Knowledge of Title V compliance and hazardous waste management.
