Position Overview
The Front Desk Clerk position is a non-exempt and Full time position from 10am to 7pm at New Hope Home which is a senior affordable housing community comprises of 140 units. The Front Desk Clerk requires the use of skills attained from industry experience or transferable industry skills experience. The Front Desk Clerk works under the supervision of the Community Manager and under the general supervision of the Regional Manager. The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for administrative support to the rental office as well as the Community Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with answering telephones
- Provide clerical support to Site Manager
- Send outgoing and distribute incoming faxes
- Photocopy documents as requested
- Assist Site Manager with opening mail
- Apply postage to outgoing mail
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative and customer service environment
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the general computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Reliable transportation
- Valid California driver’s license
- Proof of auto insurance
Compensation:
- $20 Hourly
