About the Role:
As our Customer Service Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a talented team of customer service professionals. Your leadership will be key in fostering a positive, customer-first mindset while ensuring our customers feel valued, supported, and confident in our services. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving to continually enhance the customer experience.
What You’ll Do:

Lead by Example: Hire, train, mentor, and support a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they meet performance and quality standards.

Drive Excellence: Develop and implement policies to elevate customer service and satisfaction, making every interaction seamless and stress-free.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven Leadership: 3+ years of experience in a Customer Service Manager or similar role, with a passion for motivating and coaching teams.

As an appliance repair technician, you’ll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to dryers. In other words, you’ll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances, portable appliances, mechanical work, as well as electrical work.
You’ll deal with more than just appliances, though, as a repair technician, you’ll have to deal with people, too.
Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude, have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, work adeptly with repair tools, be okay with lifting heavy machinery, and of course, be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
