Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Communicating with customers promptly through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer inquiries promptly.
- Knowledge of our products and ability to help schedule a solar consultation.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Must be proficient with a computer, including Office 365, Microsoft Word, and One Drive.
- experience in a Call Center, Customer Service, or Telecommunications is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
