What to Expect:
The Driver Helper rides with a CDL driver and assists with providing prompt, courteous, complete tire removal services at customer locations. This is a physically demanding job that requires strength, good balance, and dexterity. Our key requirements include a “Safety First” attitude, professional & courteous demeanor, solid work ethic & strong customer service skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ride in Class-A Truck with a Professional Driver and provide service to multiple customers on a designated route.
- Hand-loading tire waste into trailers. (Up to 100 lbs.)
- Lifting and moving tires of all sizes.
- Complete pre-and post-operation vehicle inspection in accordance with Company policy; report any safety issues on standard reports.
- Courteously interact with all customers, dispatchers, and others daily to ensure all customer routes are serviced promptly and professionally.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally able to work in the United States
- Previous experience in a similar work environment
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to work in elements of weather
- Physical requirements: while performing the duties of the job is to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, lift, push, pull, carry, and manipulate large and heavy tires up to 100 lbs
