Responsibilities:
- Safety Supervision and Execution:
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety checks and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
- Supervise the implementation of safety protocols and take immediate action to rectify violations.
- Take disciplinary action, including issuing warnings or recommending termination, for safety non-compliance or repeated violations.
- Lead investigations of safety incidents, recommend corrective actions, and ensure preventive measures are implemented.
- Issue qualification certificates after operators complete required safety training.
- Assist in planning and executing safety training courses and ensure that employees are aware of safety standards and procedures.
- 5S Management:
- Implement and supervise 5S standards to improve cleanliness and efficiency.
- Organize 5S training and activities to boost employee engagement.
- Prepare and update 5S bulletin boards regularly.
- Form Management:
- Prepare, print, and post production forms, ensuring they are up-to-date.
- VIP Reception:
- Welcome VIPs, inspectors, and customers, ensuring smooth reception.
- Prepare basic PPE for visitors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience in safety management or 5S preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem- solving skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Long periods of standing and walking.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
