Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
Onboarding and Orientation:
• Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and assisting with paperwork and documentation.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure new employees receive necessary training and resources for success.
HR Administration:
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Handle HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics for management review.
Employee Engagement:
• Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
• Organize team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.
• Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and engagement levels.
Training and Development:
• Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs accordingly.
• Partner with external training providers as needed to deliver specialized training sessions.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
General Support:
• Provide general HR support to employees and management on various HR-related matters.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.
Discipline:
• Enforce company policies and procedures consistently and fairly.
• Address employee disciplinary issues in a timely and professional manner, in accordance with company guidelines and applicable laws.
Monthly and Yearly Appraisals:
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
• Work closely with managers to ensure performance appraisals are conducted fairly and effectively.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in the renewable energy or related industry.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• SHRM or other HR certifications are a plus.
