The Engineering Department is seeking a highly organized and proactive Engineering Admin to facilitate seamless communication and coordination between different sub-departments within our engineering division. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to effectively relay information to the Engineering Superintendent. This role is pivotal in ensuring project timelines are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and potential issues are addressed promptly.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

- Act as a liaison between the engineering superintendent and the various engineering sub-departments including Technical, Project, Manufacturing, Program, Equipment, and Manpower Optimization.
- Maintain a detailed schedule of all engineering projects in MS Project or similar scheduling software.
- Compile and distribute regular status reports detailing the progress of ongoing engineering projects, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential risks.
- Facilitate regular meetings and discussions to ensure alignment on project objectives, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the Engineering Superintendent as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, documenting meeting minutes, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain a broad level of technical awareness to ask probing questions when receiving information to accurately provide meaningful status updates.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational/prioritization skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure & meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English. (Mandarin is a plus but not required)
- Fast typing skills are strongly preferred (60WPM+)
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
POSITION TYPE/ EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
Hourly at 19.00/hr
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Associates (Bachelors preferred) degree in Engineering, Project Management, or similar technical field
- Working experience in industries is preferred but not required
