Sales Engineer Manager (Lithium ION Battery)
Job Description:
As a Sales Engineer Manager at Qmax Ion, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the
Electric Vehicle Battery Business Office. This position involves engaging with customers
at all stages of their development lifecycle, utilizing various communication methods.
We seek dynamic team players who can develop a deep understanding of battery pack
technology, adept at creating technical presentations, leading product demonstrations,
and educating customers on optimal pack development strategies.
Responsibilities:
Lead technical meetings with top OEM and other customers in the e-mobility and
ESS spaces, coordinating internal team members and customer representatives.
Provide sales and technical support to maintain and acquire business,
establishing strong relationships with customers and addressing their needs.
Communicate with customers' pack engineering and supply chain management
teams to develop new battery packs.
Maintain regular communication with factories and sales management, analyzing
account developments and ensuring excellent customer support.
Qualifications:
B.E. Electrical/ Electronics or Mechanical and Masters in Sales and Marketing*.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience from Lithium ION Battery battery
manufacturing company in sales and marketing profile.
Need to know basics of battery and general calculation of configuration
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Fluency in English and Hindi languages preferred.
Willingness to travel as required.
Strong work ethics and a desire to excel in the battery and electrification
industry.
