Position Summary:
Responsible for greeting guests and directly communicating with them regarding resort operations, especially pertaining to food and beverage and bag storage during their stay.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests upon arrival.
- Assessing guest needs.
- Communicate directly with housekeeping for any cleanliness/commercial restroom needs.
- Communicating with other venues about available table seating, crowding levels.
- Up to date knowledge of resort offerings, including but not limited to tickets, coaster operations, F&B hours, lesson times, lift closings, etc.
Qualifications:
- Must be over the age of 14.
- Must possess effective communication skills for excellent guest interaction.
- Weekend and holiday periods necessary.
- Experience a plus, not required.
