Behind the scenes customer contact center. The Customer Communications Specialist takes calls from potential guests, answers questions, and actively booking lessons for any offer within the Snowsports Department. This is a Part-Time or Full-time Seasonal position.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Answering phones.
- Taking reservations for the Snowsports Department.
- Communicating with Snowsports Department about lesson availability.
- Provide excellent, friendly guest service.
- Answering questions about other offerings.
Qualifications:
- Effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Great active listening skills.
- Patient, empathetic attitude on the phone.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Computer literacy. E-mail communication.
- Phone skills/familiarity with multi-line phones system.
- Customer Service oriented.
- If over 18, you must submit to a Criminal Background Check (CORI).
