Summary
PosiGen's Project Coordination Specialist position focuses on customer interaction and project management. You'll be responsible for securing customer approvals for additional work, managing invoices and payments, and acting as a liaison between the customer and field operations. Excellent communication and customer service skills are crucial, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service or solar experience is a plus.
Essential Job Functions
- Customer liaison: Single point of contact for customers, guiding them through the process and answering questions.
- Proactive communication: Initiates calls to introduce the process and confirm key steps like permitting and layout.
- Problem-solving: Helps customers overcome obstacles and gathers necessary documents.
- Progress tracking: Keeps customers informed on project timelines and installation status.
- Internal coordination: Works with internal teams (Production, Document Management) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Escalation management: Addresses and resolves customer issues to prevent further escalation.
- Contact: Proactively contact customers to gain approval for additional scope of work items.
- Generate: Generate invoices, collect down payments for the scope of work, and possible collection calls to acquire final payments before activation, if applicable.
- Collaborate: Collaborate with field operations if necessary to acquire further information for the customer.
- Achieve: Achieve monthly goals as set by management.
- Communicate: Communicate with customers daily via phone, text, and email to gain approvals.
- Respond: Respond appropriately and accurately to customer questions and concerns with superior customer service skills.
- Proactively reach customers to gain approval for additional scope of work items.
- Creating invoices, collecting down payments for the scope of work, and possible collection calls to acquire final payments before activation, if applicable.
- Interact with field operations if necessary to acquire further information for the customer.
- Meet monthly goals as set by management.
- Interact with customers daily via phone, text, and email to gain approvals.

Education/Experience
- 1-2 years of progressive experience in a call center
- Proficiency with Google Workspace preferred.
- Bilingual – Spanish is a plus.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of the solar power energy field is a plus.
Physical Demands

- Regular responsibilities include speaking, listening, standing, walking, using hands for handling or feeling, and reaching with arms.
- Occasionally, the employee may need to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Lifting and moving objects up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally is required. Vision requirements include close, distance, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
