Job Summary:
The IT Manager will oversee all aspects of our organization's technology infrastructure, systems, and operations. This role requires a strategic leader with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation. The IT Manager will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, implementing best practices, and ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our IT systems and services.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's business objectives and long-term growth plans.

Collaborate with senior leadership to identify technology needs, prioritize initiatives, and align IT investments with business priorities.

Infrastructure Management:

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud services.

Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of IT systems and services to meet business requirements and user expectations.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Define roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for team members, and monitor performance to ensure goals are met.

Technical Support:

Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex IT issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely resolution of user inquiries and requests.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement and support IT solutions, software applications, and hardware devices.

Security and Compliance:

Implement and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and controls to protect the organization's data, systems, and infrastructure from security threats and vulnerabilities.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and data protection laws, such as GDPR and HIPAA.

Vendor Management:

Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with third-party vendors, service providers, and technology partners to procure IT products and services that meet business needs and budget requirements.

Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing terms to maximize value and minimize risk.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; master's degree preferred.

7 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success in leading IT teams and managing complex technology infrastructure and projects.

Strong technical expertise in IT systems, networks, security, and cloud technologies, with proficiency in Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, and other relevant technologies.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute IT strategies, plans, and initiatives to achieve business objectives and drive innovation.
