1. Responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process within an organization.

3. Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand talent requirements, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
4. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and professional associations, to expand the talent pool and strengthen employer branding.
5. Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, and continuously improve recruitment processes and practices.
6. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices in candidate assessment, interview techniques, and selection decision-making.
