Position Overview
As a Sourcing Specialist at Invenergy, you will identify, engage, and evaluate potential candidate for open corporate roles. In partnership with recruiters, you will develop an understanding of position requirements and use that knowledge to source qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
Participate in intake meetings with along with recruiters and hiring managers to learn about hiring needs and position requirements
Review inbound applications and assess qualifications of potential candidates, engaging with those who most closely align with the position requirements
Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to make a high-level assessment of position and organizational fit
Use tailored sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates using tools like our ATS (Workday), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other channels
Engage with industry associations, professional groups and universities/colleges to build talent pipelines
Maintain knowledge of open roles and/or desired skillsets across all areas of the organization and match potential candidates with those positions
Provide insight on talent pools and market trends to recruiting team members and hiring teams
Deliver a positive, engaging candidate experience in collaboration with recruiting team members
Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in a talent sourcing or similar recruiting/talent acquisition role
Experience with sourcing methodologies and tools (networking, cold calling, research, Boolean search, etc.)
- Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Skills
Workday or other ATS and/or CRM experience preferred
Ability to communicate ideas and information effectively and clearly to a variety of internal and external audiences
Possess a learner’s mindset, willing to ask questions and solve problems independently or as a part of a team
Excellent organization skills
Interest in learning about the clean energy industry
